Tuesday, March 1st, we put our culinary skills to the test and met at Kathy's home to mix and bake up a storm. We had seven ovens going and eleven ladies mixing and preparing.

We counted this a successful day, as we baked 552 mini-cheesecakes and over 400 chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. Scrumptious and all ready for Heather's big day!
Our next meeting will be held Tuesday, April 5 at Lynn's home at 11:00 a.m. We will be making Comfort Pillows for people in the Hospital.
