On Monday, June 2nd, eight of us met at Ardis' home. We cut and sewed a couple of dozen Christmas stockings in preparation for the
Festival of Trees. that will be held Dec 3-6 2014.

The missionary stockings are made of felt and made to look like a white shirt and tie on the front. Lynn adds a cute missionary badge to each one. The stockings have been a popular item at the Gift Shoppe at the Festival.

Supplies for Days for Girls |
We also helped make some of the supplies needed for Days for Girls, an organization that helps give young women around the world education, safety and dignity. They provide feminine hygiene kits to women throughout the world and help raise awareness through education.

We collected food items for the Food and Care Coalition in Provo, an organization that helps feed the hungry, helps the homeless as well as families who need a helping hand with all kinds of services. .
